We are currently accepting vendor applications. However, we may not reach out to you right away. Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor rental space. In order to ensure a wide variety of businesses, we reserve the right to accept and reject applications based on the number of applicants in each category, the professionalism of your company, the completeness of your vendor application, and/or based on keeping the integrity of our event intact.

Invoices will be sent upon approval and are due within 15 days of receipt or before March 16th (whichever comes first). If invoice is not paid by the deadline, we may be forced to revoke your approval status.

​

Your business must be 50%-100% female-owned. If a nonprofit, your organization must be founded by or managed by 50%-100% women and/or support the efforts/wellbeing of women.

​

Vendor locations are assigned by the event team, and no businesses are permitted to choose their booth location. Sponsors excluded. 

​

Tables and chairs are not included in your vendor fee. Tables and chairs can be rented at an additional cost.

​

Electricity is also available at an additional cost.

​

Each vending location will be marked, and you must stay within your assigned space.

​

Standard vendor booths are 6 ft x 6 ft. You may purchase two booths in order to double the size. If you elect to purchase two slots, they will be side by side, making your space 12 ft wide x 6 ft deep.

Vendor fees are as follows:

• Standard vendor booth: $75

• Double vendor booth: $150

• Nonprofit vendor booth: Negotiable

• Option to claim exclusivity: additional $45

  • Exclusivity allows you to be the ONLY vendor in your niche​

  • Sponsors, speakers, & workshop leaders reserve first rights to exclusivity

• Direct Sales: additional $25

  • Direct sales vendors are limited in number, creating a higher demand​
